Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park and all trails within the park are closed. The high-voltage transformer that provided Bonelli Park with electricity failed on May 5, 2025 and is unrepairable. LA County Parks is working with a contractor to replace the transformer. The park has been temporarily closed because there is no electricity, no running water and no bathrooms.
Kikos Trail is a short and relatively steep trail that climbs up a western facing hill in Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park. The exposed setting and orientation make this a great trail for an evening hike with a sunset view.
