If you encounter maintenance issues on the trail, please contact trails@parks.lacounty.gov with the following information: description of the issue, photos if available, location and your contact information (optional).  Alternatively, you can report a maintenance issue directly through www.trails.lacounty.gov by navigating to the trail page and clicking on the Report Maintenance Issue link.

Mountain Lion Sighting

Please be advised that there have been mountain lion cub sightings near Puente Hills Landfill.

The National Park Service recommends that if you do encounter a mountain lion, make yourself appear as large and intimidating as possible by yelling, waving your arms, and even throwing objects in the direction of the animal. Slowly back away and allow space for the mountain lion to move away. Do not turn your back and run.
