Barn Service Road is a short trail part of the Will Rogers State Historic Park trail system which includes numerous trails, including segments of the Backbone Trail System. The trail system in Will Rogers State Historic Park includes trails lined with eucalyptus trees and views of the surrounding area. An overlook, known as Inspiration Point, provides a spectacular panoramic view out over Los Angeles.

Barn Service Road can be accessed from short trails departing from the polo field at Will Rogers State Historic Park. From the PCH, head inland on Chautauqua Blvd (approximately 1 mile north of the Santa Monica pier). After 1 mile turn right onto Sunset Blvd. Park entrance will be on left via Will Rogers State Park Road.
