Stephen Baum a year ago

I've been safely riding the Ballona Creek bicycle path for 30 years. Two issues: 1) Motorized vehicles are illegal on the bicycle path. Are they not? This rule needs to be enforced. Motorized bikes, most of them too wide and most of them speeding, represent a hazard to the rest of the bicycle riders and pedestrians who come to the bicycle path for a peaceful, safe ride. 2) In general, the bicyle paths require more frequent maintenance. Plant growth and rubbish needs to be removed. The Ballona Creek bicycle path is a wonderful resource, but it needs to be maintained and kept safe. Thank you for looking into this matter.
